We don't claim to be the right choice for everyone. You might want to look elsewhere if:
- You need a Windows server or access to Microsoft technologies like ASP, .NET or MS SQL. All our servers run the UNIX-like Linux operating system (with access to PHP and MySQL technologies).
- You expect 24-hour telephone support. We do offer a superb level of technical support via email and on our web site, but to reduce costs, we apologise that we cannot offer a telephone helpdesk. Our service is aimed at users who are technically competent.
- You want to run a high-traffic file archive, IRC or game server. Our service is primarily designed for the delivery of Web and Email services.
- Your site's audience is outside of New Zealand. You should locate your web site in the same country as most of your users. Additional costs may apply if your site utilises high volumes of international bandwidth.
